General terms

Minimum age is 23. For cars over 2000 cc the minimum age is 31.

The driver must have held a licence for at least one year.

One day (24 hours). After 29 minutes beyond 24 hours, an extra day is charged.

All fines and administrative penalties are charged to the renter.

Estimated rental cost is pre-authorised on credit card with a minimum hold of €500.

Renters are insured against fire and third-party death and bodily injury as stated in the agreement.

CDW/SCDW packages limit your liability for damage by vehicle category, per contract and traffic law compliance. Rates are confirmed at booking.

Theft protection is available with daily charge by category when accepted in the rental agreement.

PAI is available for a daily fee with coverage limits stated in the contract.

A €15 accident file fee applies for at-fault accidents and is non-refundable.

€3 per day for an additional driver, maximum €60.

VAT is payable by the renter.

Athens International Airport delivery fee: €25 during office hours.

€18 + VAT fuel service fee where applicable.

Child seats on request: €3/day, max €30.

Roof rack: €5/day, max €50.

Snow chains on request: €5/day, max €50.

GPS on request: €2/day, max €50.

INTRARENT may substitute an equivalent vehicle when necessary.

Off-site pick-up or drop-off may incur extra charges by arrangement.

Cancellations in writing only: 30 days before 20%, 15 days 30%, 7 days 50%, 1 day or no-show 100%. No refund for early return.
