Will I be charged for returning the car to a different location?
Yes. A one-way fee may apply if you return the car elsewhere. Your voucher states whether it is included.
Are there extra fees for late pick-up or drop-off?
Out-of-hours pick-up or return may incur a fee, explained when you book.
Are mileage charges different depending on distance driven?
Mileage rules are set out in the rental terms at booking.
What should I do if I have an accident?
Call the police immediately, then contact INTRARENT.
Can I drive the rental car outside Greece?
You need written approval from INTRARENT, including the green card where required.
How much is the security deposit?
If there is no damage, the deposit is released after the rental ends, per your agreement.
Can I book without a credit card?
You can book with a debit card, but a valid credit card in the driver's name is required at pick-up for the deposit. We accept MasterCard and Visa.
Will there be additional charges?
Extra fees (out of hours, borders, one-way, young/senior driver, etc.) are listed in the terms at booking.
What do I pay for fuel?
Fuel policy is confirmed at booking, usually full-to-full or same level return.
Which documents do I need at pick-up?
Credit card, licence held over one year, booking confirmation printout, plus any agent requirements.
When do I pay for the rental?
Choose a small deposit now and balance later, or pay in full when booking.
Can I use a photocopy of my driving licence?
Only original driving licences are accepted at pick-up.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be in writing, with fees depending on how close to pick-up you cancel.
Will I get the exact car model shown when booking?
Images show the category. You receive an equivalent vehicle; refund rights apply if we cannot supply one.
What does the rental insurance cover?
Coverage and CDW details are in your booking terms. Deposit is held on card and released if the car is returned intact.
What is included in the rental price?
Typically third-party liability, tax, airport fee if applicable, and roadside assistance. Deposit is set at pick-up.
